At Skinstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Skinstation account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
